How do you verify what someone has shipped?
Structured candidate self-report, depth probes on systems they claim to have built, targeted reference checks with people who shipped with them, and review of public code where available. We flag candidates whose claims we can’t corroborate.
What do the technical assessments actually test?
Live coding tasks and system-design probes calibrated to your stack. AI scores each candidate on code quality, architecture decisions, and how they reason about production edge cases. You see the screen results alongside the candidate’s shipping history.
What does this cost?
